Why math matters

It is well known that math curriculum in Canadian secondary schools do not prepare students well for college. In order to bridge this gap, math programs offered at DeRin Education will help children master basic knowledge, develop logic potential, improve problem solving skills, so that they could be ready for their journey to college.  We also believe that children who are good at math will have more options in college application since college programs from science, engineering, finance, pure math, computer science, etc. requires a high math score.

Currently, DeRin education offers 4 levels of math contest lessons. Our math teachers will teach basic math concepts related to the contests, and students will practice problem sets in order to get comfortable with solving similar problems occurred in the previous contests.
